the relaxed security bothered me. anyone could walk in and access guest rooms without a key. regrettably, someone broke into our room and stole many valuables. i didn't feel safe.

I found the staff helpful . The hotel is near the Underground, museums, and stores, a great area. The room was cozy and comfy, with attention to cleanness. I appreciated staff help with some online orders delivered to the hotel.
The room was small for a beautiful, especially when traveling with a baby. Access for wheelchairs is difficult, requiring entry through a restaurant.
